The Constitution Doesn’t Defend Itself — We Do!
Welcome. This blog is a principled stand against authoritarianism. If you believe in character, service, and constitutional integrity—you’re in the right place.
I created this blog because silence is no longer an option.
I believe Donald Trump has abused his office and laid the groundwork for future presidents to consolidate power in ways that threaten our democracy. His actions resemble the early stages of authoritarian rule, and too many in Congress have enabled him—whether out of fear, loyalty, or political convenience.
This blog is my stand against that erosion of constitutional integrity.
I remain a Republican because I believe in the principles that once defined the party: character, service, restraint, and respect for democratic institutions. But I also believe those principles have been hijacked—and I intend to fight for their restoration.
Here, you’ll find:
- Reflections on leadership, civic duty, and moral courage
- Commentary on current events and constitutional threats
- Historical parallels that help us recognize warning signs
- Calls to action for those ready to speak out and stand up
Whether you’re a veteran, a lifelong conservative, a moderate, or simply someone who believes in government of, by, and for the people—this space is for you.
We don’t have to agree on everything. But we must agree on this: The Constitution doesn’t defend itself. We do.
